Our standard order processing time is 3–5 business days. This is the time it takes us to prepare, pack, and ship your order. Processing times may increase during holidays or promotional periods.

We ship worldwide.

3. Shipping Costs

We mostly offer free shipping on our orders! However, on select items or specific order types, we may charge a shipping fee. Any shipping costs will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is 9–25 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or high volume.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We cover all the bases for you! Customers are NOT responsible for any customs duties or taxes on any orders. All import fees are handled by Mimic Makeup.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
