Refund & Returns Policy

At Mimic Makeup, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days from the date you placed your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Due to hygiene reasons, makeup products must be unopened and in their original packaging, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

2. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

3. Exchanges & Replacements

We do not offer standard exchanges (e.g., swapping for a different shade). We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need a replacement for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Refund Processing Time

We take approximately 5–10 business days to process a refund after receiving the returned item. Please note that it may sometimes take longer for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment service provider or bank.

6. How to Start a Return
