Refund and Returns Policy

At Mimic Makeup, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any cosmetics, skincare, or beauty products—whether opened or unopened.

We take product quality and delivery issues seriously, and we offer refunds only in cases where there is a verified issue with your order.

No Returns Policy

For health, safety, and authenticity reasons, returns are not accepted once products have been delivered. This applies to all products, including those from third-party brands sold on our platform.

We kindly ask customers to carefully review their order before finalizing the purchase.

Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect
  • The claim is submitted within 72 hours of delivery
  • The customer provides clear photographic proof including:
    • mages of the product showing the issue
    • The original outer package
    • The product itself
    • A photo of the shipping label and order slip/receipt

All images must be submitted via email to mimicmakeupteam@gmail.com.

Once your request is reviewed and verified, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

What Is Not Refundable

We do not provide refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Allergy or skin sensitivity (please review ingredients before purchasing)
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by local customs or shipping carriers
  • Missing or incomplete proof of damage

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at mimicmakeupteam@gmail.com
  • Your order number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Required photographic evidence (as listed above)

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours to guide you through the refund process.

Refund Process

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • After your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Recheck your bank or credit card account
  2. Contact your payment provider

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if your order qualifies for a refund. If a refund is approved, it will only cover the product cost (excluding shipping and handling).

International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide, including to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Brazil, New Zealand, and more.

Please note that local customs policies vary, and we are not responsible for additional duties, taxes, or delivery delays due to customs inspections.
